“I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was great and the coffee all day was awesome! Our room was even better. We expected a bed and a bathroom and nothing else. When we walked in we had a full kitchen which was a great surprise and super useful for us. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the area. We originally booked for two nights but extended for another which was seamless.”

“I booked a one night stay and requested a late check-out during check-in. The receptionist advised that the latest available check-out time was 12:00pm, which was perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, there appeared to be a gap in communication regarding that request. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am. Then, at approximately 11:10am, a different housekeeper unlocked and entered my room without knocking. When I informed them that I had an approved late check-out, they stated they had not……
