Lovely room. Breakfast was good but service was not. Ordered a cooked breakfast and waited half an hour despite the restaurant only being half full. There was a fan outside our bedroom window which was noisy and we had to change rooms. The night porter was extremely helpful but, in the morning, when we told the receptionist she barely acknowledged the issue with an ‘oh well’ and no apology was received. There is a fabulous spa at your disposal and several great places to enjoy a drink and meal by the fire (in March).
