Not sure how. It was okay, at best. Not great water pressure in the shower. One temp. At least it was hot. But there was also only one temp coming into the room: hot. Glad we brought a couple bottles of water to take our meds with. There was an access door in the shower ceiling that is falling down. No coffee/ coffee pot/ cups in the room.No Continental breakfast or coffee at the office either. Two thin ragged towels and 2 washcloths. No hand towel. No water cups. No facial tissue. Mattress was terrible. Sagged in the middle.
