"We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available."

"The house was beautiful, views were amazing. We loved being right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella and everything we needed for the beach. Perfect for our annual Family beach trip. Will definitely stay here again."

"This rental has everything you can need for a beach vacation. there were no less than about 10 large Beach towels. They also had about five beach chairs that were brand new the tags still on and fantastic quality. I loved that the two bathrooms were stocked with full size shampoos and conditioners and body wash. And the bathrooms were also fully stocked with so much toilet paper you could isolate there for weeks and never run out. Even the laundryroom/downstairs bathroom had plenty of detergent! It was also wonderful to have complete control of the thermostat, many rentals say there's air conditioning but you do not have control of it, and this rental you have full control of your thermostat. I think it does have a bit of a hard time during the daytime keeping up with how hot it gets, but at night the air conditioning did a great job of keeping the home cool. We traveled with our baby, and we did realize that we needed to keep the bedroom door closed during the day to help keep it cool for him to nap in. Additionally, they have a fantastic clean and comfortable high chair to use. Also as a total arachniphobe- this house had zero spiders! Even the downstairs bathroom!!. On one side there is a vacant lot, and on the other side is a beach house that is vacant and not being used as a vacation home- about as empty of a beach as you will get in florida in the summer. "

"Check in was a breeze. Kitchen is "tight"y but mighty!! Loved having two sitting rooms convenient to the kitchen. The convenience of the house to the beach (and the view!) is worth every penny. All the beach accoutrements you could need. Great place!!"

"Our entire family of 15 had plenty of room to “spread out” and enjoy a wonderful week together. The kitchen is well equipped; the large dining table allowed us to share meals together, as well as play games, etc. The outdoor decks overlook the ocean, which add to the beauty of the delightful setting. Sunrise is especially beautiful. Our teenagers loved the downstairs game room with ping pong table and other games. This is one of our favorite places to visit as a family…ages 3 to 75! The beach in front of the house is lovely and uncrowded. Our hosts were very helpful and kind. THANK YOU, Misti and Ron! "

"We have stayed at MANY different beach houses in the area, we pick a new on every year but not anymore. We found the best one for our family. Access to the beach is quick and easy, the covered deck is amazing the AC is kickin and plenty of room for everyone to hang out wherever they want. Putting green is a plus! No problems and a great vacation!!"

"Everything was fantastic!! The backyard was right on the beach and very few people on the beach; couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house was very, very nice. The elevator came in handy for my wife who’s using a cane. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and enough bathrooms to accommodate us all. Separate air conditioning on each floor! Jacuzzi in the master with the window was very nice. Many beautiful views of the ocean throughout the house. Best vacation ever!"

"Our family of five (mom, dad and three adult children) recently stayed at "Serenity Shores" for the 4th of July holiday week. It was perfect for us and all of our needs were met! Amy was a wonderful hostess - she was a good communicator and met us at the property to walk us through all the details we would need for the week. We had only one small issue, which Amy resolved within hours, and she checked on us to make sure we were having a great stay. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches: both types of coffee makers (with supplies), our favorite drinks and snacks (she asked in advance - like I said - thoughtful!), multiple gathering spots indoors and out and plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. We loved the patio spaces and proximity to the beach! Literally just a few steps away. Because this is a residential area, the beach was never crowded, yet we were a short drive to restaurants, stores and activities. We brought food back to the cottage each night so we could enjoy the views and each other. We played games and lounged in the hammocks. The footprint of the house is not big, but Amy has created an adorable and welcoming cottage that our whole family truly loved. Our daughters were obsessed with the vintage aqua microwave. So cute! Thank you, Amy, for treating us like family. :-)"

"Great house and would highly recommend. Only thing that needs to be addressed is the gas grill was not operating. A small vacuum would be beneficial to help with sand from the beach! :)"

"Good property, simple, the beach is the main attraction. Completely separate floors top and bottom, bottom floor surprisingly is a bit warmer with the AC on. Great deck top and bottom. No dishwasher, minimal pans. 90% of time spent outside, so house doesn’t need to check all the boxes. Slept 8 comfortably. Good value for the area"

"Location, emenities and services are VIP level treatment. The hosts are prompt and direct with everything you need. This is a home many would dream to own, so so available to rent. A little hiccup with the wireless service, but that was moot since the hosts went out of their way to reconcile. I tefused the refund because the stay and service was superb. We will be using the same company again, if not the same property next year."

We had 14 and managed fine. Living areas are on two levels. So it minimized climbing lots of stairs. Had a great time. "
