“Really nice hotel and excellent costumer service! ”

“It's a nice hotel, and I thought the staff was hardworking and friendly. I have mixed feelings about the "big cats" theme of the hotel (there was a giant panther right outside my room, which was decorated in various tiger stripes and cheetah spots, etc). The theme is certainly distinctive -- but it's also a little odd. That said, my room was small but well laid out and comfortable. A big plus were the range of excellent pillows. I also loved having a bathroom with a large window and tons……
