Hotel is very new, room was big with a good little kitchenette. Breakfast was very disappointing. No plates to eat off, everything kept running out and very little choice.

Room was spacious and clean. Would be nice to have a coffee maker though. Breakfast was disappointing. For someone who doesn't like sweet, there was nothing but pain toast and butter. No plates, no bowls.

Spacious but smelly bathroom.
Lovely room and facilities in the room. However due to no ventilation in the bathroom it smelt strongly of musty damp. Our main concern was that in the morning we could only get extremely hot water out of the shower. Far too hot for us to use. We must have tried for over half an hour. My husband had used the shower the night before but had been able to control the temperature adequately but to no avail in the morning. Whether it was because we were on the top floor l have no idea. It was not straight forward for us to go to reception and complain as there was no lift on our floor and my son had previously got stuck in the stairwell so we left unimpressed.

I would stay here in a pinch, but not by choice
Well, to begin with, even getting to reception and the room was complicated. The receptionist was fine, but not particularly friendly or knowledgable. The hotel is brand new and already beginning to show some wear and tear due to cheap materials. It was relatively clean, but given that it was new - it should have sparkled. The wifi was T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E! Not only was it horrifically slow, but it constantly disconnected. Naturally, the front desk closes an absurdly early hour (9PM) and further, even if you wanted to try and fix it yourself or call someone, there was no hotel book nor a phone in the room. Also, the TV is only in French - no CNN, no BBC News, no German or Dutch channels. So not my favourite place to stay. On the bright side, it was very, very quiet. The parking spaces are large. It has a well equipped kitchenette. I felt safe.

Réception très mal indiquée - donc tours et retours dans un parking auto sordide. L’accueil de la réception s’orientait d’avantage sur la facturation de ma chambre à hôtel .com + signature d’un dossier charte + caution de 140€ pour obtenir la clef et … la télécommande du téléviseur… Nuit compliquée car le vent et la pluie résonnent et tapent sur les vitres … Le bouquet final : le Petit déjeuner dans ce un autre hôtel avec un accès très alambiqué. Pas de croissants, de pain au chocolats bref que de la brioche et de quoi tomes tartiner aux choix miel, faux nutella ou beurre. Bien mince pour commencer une journée.

Bienvenue à l'escape game
Véritable parcours d'orientation pour trouver l'accueil de cet hôtel. Idem pour les chambre et pour le parking .... Et ne comptez pas sur les indications distillées au compte goute par une réceptionniste fort mal aimable. Les chambres par contre sont belles et propres, les ustensiles et les équipements de la kitchenette sont très bien ..... Mais franchement pourquoi ne pas avoir eu l'idée de placer un bureau et un meuble pour poser sa valise dans tout cet espace vide ? Le coup de la caution à l'arrivée est compréhensible mais présentée très désagréablement par la même hôtesse désagréable et sans sourire. J'ai appelé la réception avant de partir pour demander à ce que quelqu'un passe faire l'état des lieux mais on m'a dit que personne ne viendrai et que je pouvais partir. Pour résumer, logement bien malgré l'absence d'ameublement mais accueil et accès totalement nul.

RIDICULE : une caution de 140€ pour une chambre a 55€. Sans état des lieux d’arrivée, le personnel ne semble pas trop savoir pourquoi ni comment fonctionne cette caution. On m’avait promis au moins un état des lieux de départ mais la personne n’a pas souhaité la faire. Donc finalement une caution de 140€ on ne sait ni pourquoi, ni comment, ni les conditions pour la récupérer. Bien la première fois que pour une seule nuit et pour 50€ on me fait tout ce cinéma, de plus sans état des lieux avant et après. Sinon hôtel convenable

Het heeft ons meer dan een half uur gekost om de receptie te vinden, omdat het gebouw zo raar in elkaar zit. Let op dat ze een borg vragen. De kamer was erg ruim en schoon. We zaten aan de achterkant waardoor we de weg waar het hotel aan zit helemaal niet hoorden. Het ontbijt moesten we in het andere hotel (Premiere Classe) nuttigen, maar dit was niet meer dan een vieze kop koffie, een croissantje en een stukje cake. Niet de moeite waard.

Hébergement de dernière minute mais qui en valait la peine. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Petits bémols, il manque de signalétique au niveau du parking pour se rendre à la réception (lors de l’arrivée) et mal insonorisé niveau extérieur.
