"Passamos 3 Dias em Morro. A localização é o ponto forte. Pegamos suite com varanda de frente pro mar, maravilha! Primeira praia super tranquila e tem acesso fácil. O ponto fraco é o cheiro do ralo do banheiro que volta, um cheiro forte de esgoto. Também achamos estranho o café só o iniciar as 8h da manhã, poderia ser 7h pra podermos aproveitar melhor o dia. "All the sheets and bath towels were stained. The floors were a bit dirty as well even after being cleaned. I would have rated 3 maybe even 4 stars if it was well cleaned. I gave it 2 stars mostly because it was extremely noisy. Starting at 5am with drunk guests arriving and then at 7am a family making excessive noise."

"Upon arriving already we were having issues with the staff. We don’t speak Portuguese but we were using Google Translate with them which is fine we don’t expect for the staff to speak English. However, after 2 days of traveling to get there we did request to check in a bit early (15-30 min) after being absolutely disgusting from planes, bus, and ferry rides. The woman at the check in desk literally laughed in our faces when we explained to her that we just want a shower and we were aware that the room was ready. Throughout our stay we were rejected simple services that hotels offer like room cleaning service and had to request several times for someone to come and clean the room and request fresh towels. In the end we also had to sweep our own floors in the rooms. We ended up checking out 2 days early from their lack of service and when requesting a refund for the nights not used they refused and tried to get us to sign a form in Portuguese that we stayed the whole time we were supposed to. Thank god for Google Translate. "

"Great 4-star hotel. Amazing fresh breakfast, sweet staff, amazing propriety that is stunning and such a unique paradise that words can’t do it justice. Hammock on deep wood floored balcony, tree hut high ceilings, softest bed, amazing hot showers, and in the best beach corner of the island just feet away from the main center of the city or the longest beach on the island. Less than 5 minutes to Abaeté Airlines plane that takes you directly to Salvador in jet set style. This is the hotel you hear about but actually get to experience it. Cannot recommend this beautiful place enough ! "

"Pontos positivos: boa localização, café da manhã bem variado, chuveiro com boa pressão e atendimento excepcional da Tânia! Melhor recepcionista que já conhecemos. Pontos negativos: quarto duplo muito pequeno (quase sem espaço para malas) e banheiro pouco ventilado, toalhas de banho muito velhas e desgastadas. No quarto (107), as tomadas ao lado da cama não estavam funcionando. Tínhamos uma varanda com varal, mas parte dela estava destelhada de modo que as roupas não secavam nos dias de chuva porque molhavam. Metade do caminho do nosso quarto até o restaurante era sem cobertura e a pousada não oferecia guarda chuva, então tomamos chuva alguns dias para ir e voltar do café da manhã"
