The fish and chips were perfectly executed—light, crisp batter with just the right amount of crunch, allowing the freshness of the fish to truly shine. (You know how sometimes the batter overpowers the fish? Not the case here at all.) We were too full for dessert, but ended the meal with lattes that were just as impressive. My husband ordered a mocha latte, and you could immediately tell it was made with real chocolate—no artificial syrups, just rich, authentic flavor. The décor throughout the hotel was cozy and thoughtfully done, with touches that felt distinctly Icelandic and inviting. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely return.
