"What a beautiful home and setting! A spacious 4 bedroom home sitting above the beautiful Chippewa river! Comfortable beds, a well equiped kitchen and a very nice outdoor space that included a fire ring! Angie was a wonderful host and maintained contact from the moment I booked with her! We visited wineries, parks, a mansion, waterfalls and other sites within a short drive of the house! I would highly recommend the Codax Retreat for a very nice get-a-way!"

"We loved our country get away. Upon our arrival Norm gave us a tour and suggestions of area restaurants. We awoke each morning enjoying breakfast while looking over the river. Ended the day with campfires, star gazing and the peace and tranquillity of the country. It is an older property but they have done some remodeling. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. We had a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay there again."
