But the lobby service ( check-in / check-out , concierge staff) was disappointing and not reached the standard of Banyan Tree. Chose another hotel that had good photos of decorative room at reasonable price so booked it. Big mistake and the next day left very disappointed. Room were dirty and cruby and the staff never smiled or looked happy. Booked in at the Banyun Tree and had a great stay. Rooms were clean and fresh, well appointed and staff were very freindly and helpfull. Nothing was a problem.
