Close to everything: adjacent to the Boardwalk Shopping Center, Woodlands, one block to Main St and the ferry, two blocks to the library, and easy access to hiking, biking, parks, tennis clubs, and more. There is a den attached to the larger bedroom providing a great space for setting up an office, storage, reading or relaxing or what you need it to be. Newly refreshed exterior paint, brand new hardwood floors and a renovated deck!
