Timios Stavros Monastery Tours

Karras Star Hotel was a great experience for my family and I. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and we had a spectacular view of the Ikarian Sea. We loved the pool area and it was a great escape on days when the sea was too wavy for us. The food and drink were great and the staff very friendly. We would definetly stay there again.

Beautiful views from the property, and a lovely sundeck and pool to use. Breakfast was also very good - a wide selection of items to choose from. The room was a decent size. Whilst there is parking advertised, I don't believe there are enough spaces for all the guests if everybody is driving. We were extremely lucky to find a space in most cases (often getting the last space!). We did also have a couple of maintenance issues (fridge, TV, A/C all had issues) and it took a while for these to be resolved. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is walking distance to several restaurants (although up and down hills) but you do really need a car here.
