"The Allegheny was running high during our visit, and watching the water was more soothing than I could have imagined. It's a beautiful location in a small riverside community, superb for destressing.The house is well-appointed, lacked nothing, very clean, beds and LR furniture comfortable, heat/AC responsive. This is a rural location for outdoors people or destressing urbanites. Ok for seniors, 6-8 steps up to porch, easy parking. Great spot for exploring the national forest or the river. BTW,...

"Good, central spot to explore the parks and trails in the area. House was very clean and very comfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms are reached by a steep set of stairs (with a handrail) and have low ceilings (the eaves). Not an issue for us but might be difficult for some."

"Just got back today from this adorable cottage. We had such a Great time here. The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jon and Kevin were Amazing with quick responses to any questions we had. Loved the campfires with French Creek just steps away also Loved the peace and quiet. We will definitely come back. "Comfortable, Clean property with all the conveniences located in a private area. The deck looks out towards the stream and sunshine pours through the living/dining area. Great place to relax and enjoy the property or visit the Town of Franklin, Oil Creek State Park or Two Mile Run."

"This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back"
