"Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID. "The house is smaller than I expected, and the biggest issue is the flat is at 5/F, so we have to carry our luggage to walk the stairs. Parking is easy but it's not free, but not expensive, highly recommend the restaurant downstairs."
