Located in the Shinjuku area, it’s a 2- to 5-minute walk to the restaurant district and a 5-minute train ride from Shinjuku Station. The room has been renovated to ensure comfort, tradition, and safety. Since we are a legally registered vacation rental, you can book with confidence. This room can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet room.
It has 2 queen-size beds (size: 160 × 200),

and there is ample space under the beds where you can easily unpack your suitcases.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner induction cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, kitchenware, cooking utensils, and tableware (plates and cups) for four people. It also features a washing machine, a shower room, a hair dryer, and, of course, air conditioning with heating and cooling capabilities.

☆ The room features high-speed Wi-Fi with unlimited data. TV (you can watch local channels, as well as a wide variety of content such as YouTube and Amazon Prime),
high-speed Wi-Fi—you can use this device to stay connected to your smartphone, tablet, or PC. This makes exploring Tokyo much easier.

**You can store your luggage in the room before check-in (from 11:00 AM).
**You can store your luggage in the room after check-out (until 3:00 PM).

This home is for one party only. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have.We’re happy to help make your stay wonderful.

We are now required to ask all guests to submit the following information to create a guest registry.

・A photo showing the entire passport
・A photo showing both the passport photo and the guest’s face (for identity verification)

*Smoking is prohibited inside the room.If you wish to smoke, please do so only in the designated areas. (Under no circumstances should you litter in the neighborhood.)
*My apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Please be mindful of noise when entering and exiting the building and while inside the apartment. Please do not disturb your neighbors. Do not leave trash in public areas. If you have any issues or complaints regarding your neighbors, please contact me immediately.
* Please confirm the number of guests listed on your reservation. If there are additional guests, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
*Please note that failure to follow these rules may result in you being asked to leave, even if your stay is not yet over. We kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the house rules.
