This hotel is overpriced and run down. It is in need of updating and freshened up. We were also given an accessible room despite reserving a regular room. They did not move us when we requested a change. Very disappointing when you pay that much for a room. I would not stay here again.

The Ness Walk is a lovely 5 star hotel right in the heart of Inverness and along the Ness River. Very easy to walk into towns where there is a plethora of restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly staff with a glass of their complementary Processco. The grounds are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

lugging the luggage up the stairs, only had 1 person helping too many people
water went off while taking a shower
leak in bathroom water all over floor and into room
could not get coffee too many people and then there was none so i gave up
