“Excellent communication from the owner, and very close to town”

“The camper was nice and comfortable. The Island had a good breeze, so the mosquitos were almost non-existent, and the trees are tall and plentiful for shade and a good resting place for a bald eagle one morning we were there. We rented the owners fishing boat and it was very nice for checking out the the different islands and bays. Owner was very accommodating for making sure we had everything we needed and supplied multiple containers of gas and even ice in his own coolers, so we didn't have to……

“We loved our stay here in Tower, MN! My grandpa actually built this house :) and so it was so cool to see all the work done on it. It has the coziest norther MN vibe with such a huge hard and easy, walkable access to downtown Tower, MN. Love the decor!The property was super clean and cute! Easy kitchen to make a bunch of meals in and enjoy together and nice set up for the living room to watch a movie in when it stormed. The basement was perfect for the family that came with kids with space……

“Great stay…. Few comments about the property… living/dining room smaller than expected, however great outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked and every amenity available throughout the house. The spiral staircase is a bit tricky for little kids. Our bummer was the AC wasn’t working fully and it was very difficult to cool off the upstairs. The host, Luke was very responsive the entire time, yet was unable to get repair person out until 4 days later. Good thing it wasn’t the middle of……

“cute little old style motel. I recommend getting ice cream at the little log cabin across the road! Perfect for a quick road trip to beautiful Ely.”
