“Had a wonderful annual holiday with friends. If we weren’t hoping to add another couple next year we would book same again but we need a second shower with more people. The house is spacious and homey and kitchen had everything we needed to cook fish all week. Docks are well maintained and porch and fire pit area were well- enjoyed. We even took the kayak and paddle board for a spin. It was really hard to leave!”

Jimmy was helpful in getting us, gear, and the rental boat to the island when we arrived at Moccasin Point where we left our vehicle. Arriving we found a beautiful island with a woodland feel. It is a rocky and set up a bit from the water giving wonderful……

“We stayed when a snowstorm hit. We enjoyed the games, puzzles, ping pong, sauna and movies. We were plowed out as soon as it was reasonably done snowing. There were good recommendations available in the info provided. We relaxed and had a great time!”

“This is a remodeled lake house that is cozy and has beautiful lake views off the deck. It is nestled in a forest with a new bike trail a block away. It is close to the Soudan Underground Mine, the International Wolf Center, the North American Bear Center, and lots of state parks and national forest. The owners were great.”

The cabin was spectacular & had everything we needed,(the loft was huge w/ BA, hosts were top notch-communicating quickly & guiding us to attractions/restaurants that we desired. Each AM we enjoyed coffee on the patio soaking in ONLY the sounds of nature & going over our plans (or no plans) for the day. What a luxury! We loved the sites, shops, & restaurant's of Ely (Grand Ely Lodge for b-day dinner, Boat House Restaurant for tasty burgers……

We were able to all get to spend some much needed time together to catch up, all while having plenty of room for gear and being less than 10 minutes from the hill. The home was clean and Kris was so accommodating!”

“My 2 teen age grandsons (14 & 17) made our 2nd annual grouse hunting trip to Northern MN. Despite rainy conditions, they had a great time, bringing 8 ruffed grouse back to Blaine, MN to share with family! Yum! Cabin was just as listed in VRBO—older but clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances. Owners pleasant and helpful. Thank you!”
