Everything was good ! Location to Cades Cove was excellent! Room was nice but bathroom was small and needed updating . Outlets on night tables didn’t work . Breakfast was simple but good selections - no hot food . overall it was a good stay for a long weekend.

The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. They LOVED interacting with our Beagle Theodore. They showed him so much love. We had a great view of the mountains. We did unfortunately miss breakfast during our stay, so I can not leave a review for that. The hotel was also quiet & in sections of different buildings making it more personal. We had a nice large private balcony that is separate from the main entrance of our room. Also the parking was not in front of anyone's bedroom window.

We booked this place at the last minute. We really loved that they had a pickleball court! The area was also very quiet, which we really enjoyed. However, we did see two large spiders in the room, and the bedding had a slightly musty smell, which was not very pleasant. Overall, though, we had a nice stay.

The balcony had spider webs and dried berries all over the patio. I requested it be cleaned, but all they did was put it all into one bunch still on the patio. Breakfast didn’t offer much. Nice motel with a great view. People very nice. Big open lots for your dogs. We paid $120 for two nights just to cover our dogs being able to come. Kinda pricey. Overall, enjoyed the location and staff was nice.

I wish I had known the room didn’t include a hair dryer, a small refrigerator, or a microwave. The chest of drawers was so old the room smelled like pure mustiness that old furniture possess. I had to go buy a room deoderizer to make the two days tolerable. The pool was great after a bike ride around Cades Cove that was conveniently located near The Parkman. The air conditioner was good. We had to go ask the front dek for clean towels for our 2nd day stay. My recommendation is if you make sure your accomodations smell fresh and clean and that will go along way toward better reviews.

Excellent property with a large, comfortable, clean room. Loved the location in Townsend, the peaceful side of the Great Smokey Mountains! Access to the national park was quick and convenient. We loved our stay here and enjoyed excellent coffee at the Artistic Bean and dinners at The Abbey and Peaceful Side Social, all within walking distance from the property.
