Our room was not fit for animals to stay there. The pool was literally half-full of water, the room was tiny with absolutely zero sitting area in the room (just a bed cramped in the room), and there was zero circulation or air conditioning. The room was tiny and hot. Like a bed inside a suana. For the first time in my life, I refused to stay in a room that I reserved. It was that bad. Temperature and space wise, it was unfit for use as anything above an Iraqi prison cell. Our room was not fit for animals to stay there. Temperature and space wise, it was unfit for anything above an Iraqi prison cell. Only the owners and their family would rate this above a 3.0. I cannot believe this place was listed as 10.0. I asked for my money back and that was refused.

This experience is spectacular. The arrangements are easy, the accommodations are luxurious, the environment is breathtaking, the food is gourmet and the staff are wonderful. You’ll also do some activities on the salt flat, and they include a breathtaking stargazing opportunity with professional pictures. There are also thoughtful touches like hot water bottles on your bed in the evening, and there were 2 fireplaces in the room to make sure it stays cosy. It far exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.
