“The photos are misleading and deceiving, you are staying in a new barn conversion and nothing to do with the Chateau and paying a PREMIUM. You cannot even go into the Chateau area and house as the family lives there. ALL photos of the Chateau should be removed as this gives you a false impression that you are staying in the chateau or able to visit. All rooms are in the new converted barn and nothing to do with the Chateau. The location is not close to Le Mans, it cost over sixty Euro to travel……

“L’accueil est chaleureux. La réceptionniste est souriante. On a été surclassé donc on a eu un King size bed donc on a bien dormi. La chambre est très propre et neuve. La salle de bain toute neuve. Point fort le parking et la proximité de la clinique. Je recommande vivement ”

“要在指定時間check-in，做的員工很慢排長龍，check-in時話我們的房未比錢，其實是酒店未過數。房間很細，插頭只有二個，房中冷氣很細，另一間只有風無冷氣，即時同酒店員工反映，員工答應跟進，返回酒店發現仍無冷氣，再找員工幫忙，其中一員工到房睇堅持話剛開所以感覺唔到，但過一段時間仍只有風，再找員工時原來已放工無任何人幫手，這晚只有熱一晚，員工這樣極無責任心。”
