“Once we arrived the woman at the front desk was dismissive and unfriendly when trying to communicate about parking. The gentlemen was very helpful once checking us in, getting us towels and grabbing us drinks. They did run out of ice (which I can understand). The first room we were given on the second floor had mold. We were then moved to the fourth floor where there was mold outside of the room on the elevator wall. Unfortunately, the breakfast/dining area was above us and every morning around……

“Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la chambre nº3 et 4. La cuisine ainsi que le salon sont partagés avec la chambre °5. L’appartement ainsi que les chambres étaient très grands, très jolis et propres. Une porte permet de fermer l’espace privé de la chambre 3 et 4. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine et il y a des petites étiquettes pour séparer les compartiments du frigo. L’hébergement est comme sur les photos. L’arrivée est autonome et les instructions ont été très claires.……

“The apartment was nice and clean. Check in was a bit complicated requiring a coordination with Pina. She was nice and helpful. Parking was also complicated having to park in a pay zone and on certain days one could not park on a certain side of the street. The biggest issue we had was with a neighbor from an adjoining unit (still not certain which one) that had a couple literally screaming at each other at all hours of the night.
