"The house was bigger than we expected and the back yard was ample! We spent a lot of time out on the water, the dock and around the firepit. Wood was provided which we didn't expect, so we brought our own. The grill was great...propane was included, the kitchen was well-stocked with nearly everything you'd need, including small appliances.
