Beautiful flowers outside! Fresh cookies inside. Breakfast was just ok. Only fruit was whole apples. No English muffins. Coffee wasn’t good at all.

Hospitality was great. The staff were nice and provided us with everything we asked for. They made us feel at home and welcomed our grandchildren that we came to visit. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed on tuesday eve, it wasnt too busy. Beds were comfortable. Views terrific

Great customer service from the time we arrived till the time of checkout! Nemo was absolutely fantastic with great hospitality! Hotel was in the perfect spot downtown within walking distance from practically everything!

The only elevator in the hotel was out on our second night stay. We had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs that night and the next morning with our luggage, which was OK, even though we are 65 and 71 years old. We understand mechanical things go out. The bad thing, starting at 5:30am, we heard the banging of the stairway door opening and closing continuously as guests were going in and out of the hotel since our room was next to the stairway exit and the elevator read still not working. We wish the hotel would have realized many guests would be using the stairway and put a door stop in the stairway door to prop the stairway door open for all the guests to come and go without banging the heavy stairway door, especially for guests in rooms next to the stairway door. We might have been able to get a few hours more sleep.
