It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. “We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the tenant above was also very quiet, and has the cutest dog's. We ate at the Ugly Rooster café, ……

“Mike's home is very easy to find, is well maintained and is located on a very nice and quiet street. We felt right at home the minute we pulled into the driveway! Check in was smooth and easy. The entire house is very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us!”

“Nice stay”

“Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun. ”

“Our group needed two things: lots of room for people to sleep and somewhere peaceful to relax and we got that all and more! The house is beautiful and the surrounding property is right out of a fairy tale. Nate is great to work with and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The house is wild and fun- some spot you gotta watch your head! It’s cozy though and great for inspiration and relaxing. If you don’t want to hear the rest of the group, this isn’t the house for you… sound carries! But……
