Excellent food, grounds, large room size, helpful and friendly staff.
Love everything about this hotel! The pool is amazing, the tennis courts A+, location, staff, rooms - all on point.
Our favorite Tucson spot hands down
My favorite hotel in Arizona...So much history... Such a beautiful pool..Really wonderful gardens and trees. older but a lovely property. Lots of History. Wonderful Property.
This is the best hotel in Tucson. It is seven minutes from the university but feels tucked away. The garden is amazing. The service is top-notch. This is my favorite hotel. I can’t wait to go back.
The Arizona Inn is first class in every way. The room was comfortable, the food was outstanding. It was classy in every way.

Liked: Staff & service
Room had musty odor. Furnishings look like someone grandparent’s house. Bathroom floor was dirty. Grounds were nice. Staff very nice. Bartender friendly. Liked the free parking and layout of property. Wifi sucked. Rooms/baths need to be updated.
Beautiful property with amazing landscaping. An oasis in the middle of the city Excellent staff throughout although restaurant seemed short-staffed - long waits to get tables cleaned and served
We came here for an overnight for our anniversary. Everyone was friendly and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We had dinner at the main dining room. It was excellent! Breakfast in the morning was good too. Service was exceptional. Will definitely come back!
Beautiful property! So quite and we loved the secluded patio. Lounge staff were friendly and attentive, Food was well prepared. Our disapointment was that the dinningroom was closed fro the season. Since this was Memeorial weeked we were surprised that the dinningroom was closed.

Liked: Amenities
The main dining room was excellent, perfect for our 56th anniversary! The Audobon grill/bar had great food as well.
My one complaint would be that our room had just warm water. Showering was ok but I would have liked the water to be hotter.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The property itself is lush and beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. I dined at the restaurant and ordered a hamburger and fries, along with a creme brulee to enjoy later in my room. Unfortunately, a few hours later, I experienced stomach cramps and became unwell, which was due to the hamburger and fries.
I had been looking forward to that sweet treat. But left the creme brulee in the refrigerator untouched as I did not want to get any sicker.
This discomfort prevented me from sleeping soundly.
I am uncertain if the food was somehow contaminated or if proper hygiene practices were not followed.

I liked the beautiful grounds. The food was excellent . The gift shop very nice. I was paying $800 for two nights. They put us in a terrible room the first night. I expressed disappointment and they put us in a better room the second night but I still paid $400 for a terrible room— small, dark and dingy. Left bad taste~ won’t go back and not sure Intrust Expedia !
