"We had a wonderful family vacation here! The home is modern, clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, which is so helpful if you’re coming from far away. The location and view are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The property manager is kind, prompt and very helpful. Our three young children enjoyed the bunk beds and the outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The house is well appointed and the pictures of the view/ house/living spaces were true to life! Kitchen & dining area were spacious & comfortable. The upstairs living room provide comfort and a pan-o-rama of ocean views. It is a bit isolated at nearly the end of a single track road, but worth the drive. If you are not from Ireland, pay attention to to the house instruction book especially for hot water!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed Sunnybank house. There's plenty of room to be alone or with company. All the bedrooms are ensuite, so there were no problems getting everyone out of the house for early tours or other activities. The house was clean and tidy and has a very pleasant ambiance. Kitchen was well equipped and the sauna was very popular with the older grandchildren. Great place to spend a week in Ireland."

"Fabulous home and location!! Perfect for a large group including all ages. My wife, baby and I stayed in the attached studio, while my parents, mother in law, sister and nephews where in the 4-bedroom 2-bathroom main house. Incredible views no matter the weather, thanks to the full window walls. Electric window shades when we wanted privacy. Walked to the local beach. Drove three minutes to charming Louisburgh. "We booked Crocnaraw Cottage not having visited or know much about the area other than it was situated within one of the most picturesque areas of Ireland - the Connemara National Park. "It truly was a gem for us. The home was bright, airy, and spotless. The kitchen was so well-organized that we never had to wonder where anything was. We spent most of our indoor time in the kitchen and dining area — the large table was perfect for meals, games, and activities.Mary was exceptionally responsive and quickly sorted out the minor issues we faced upon arrival (we came during Storm Amy, so there were a few temporary electricity and water disruptions). The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest.The location is beautifully secluded, with dark skies at night — perfect for stargazing. The surroundings were truly picturesque; we only wished the weather had allowed us to enjoy dinner outdoors facing the lake.We’d definitely love to return if we visit the country again."

"We arrived at Renvyle House Hotel and were met by three receptionists who were super friendly and helpful. They arranged for someone to carry our cases to our rooms. Our rooms were very comfortable and had lovely views of the sea. Dinner and breakfast were brilliant with fresh fruit and breads made on the premises. The staff in the restaurants were very attentive. This hotel has lovely walks around it and has an outdoor pool and a hot tub which was so relaxing looking out towards the Atlantic. I am looking forward to returning soon. "

"Our visit to Tully, Renvyle was the Ireland I wanted to experience. The drive through Connemara to get there was unforgettable, and once we arrived we were great with a small village right on the sea. We misread the arrival instructions, so we only gave John a 30-minute warning but he was ready for us when we arrived. Parking was free and just alongside the B&B. We arrived with time to have a beautiful walk to the beach. There is a small shop across the street from the B&B with friendly staff and everything we needed. Our room was so comfortable and cozy and we had an amazing view of the sea. My 76-year-old mom hadn't really slept at all on the trip, until our time at Castlehouse. The beds were comfortable, the sea air was a gift and our room was nice and warm. She had the best sleep she'd had in a long time. The B&B is are renovated home and so charming. The room was clean and had it's own bathroom. There is virtually no noise. Breakfast in the morning was in a beautiful dining room. The food was excellent and they easily accommodated my vegan diet. John and his staff were so friendly. For those visiting Kylmore Abbey, Castlehouse is about a 15 minute drive away. We spent a fabulous day at the Abbey (they have amazing food! ) and then drove to the B&B for the evening. "

"What a home… the view, the space, the location are all stunning. John made the check in incredibly simple and was kind enough to drop by the next day to welcome us. If you’re looking for (somewhat) remote tranquility on a stunning Irish peninsula, stop scrolling. For the very reasonable price John charges, you won’t find better. I promise you! Clean, spacious, well equipped and PLENTY to do within a short drive, you have it all in this lovely home and area."
