Quality Inn 5 stars

Quality Inn at east central Tulsa has some of the best rooms for the money a person can buy. Rooms are clean, showers are good and the free breakfast is a nice touch to complete your stay. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the Tulsa area.

The clerks were very nice and helpful...check in was quick and i got the ground floor room requested...the room was clean and very nice...grounds were well maintained and their was nice places to walk my dog...i will stay again next year

They definitely need to change their shower curtains because our had holes in it also mattress had a stain on it that was pretty big. Overall it’s a solid choice if you’re on a budget. Liked that they were super close to fast food and had some stores around in walking range.

Ive stayed on for a second week the staff is helpful and attentive. Room is nice and the atmisphere us peaceful. Continental breakfast us off the chain. 2 Thumbs up!!

The first room I was given, the bathroom was not cleaned. The second room I was assigned the heater was broken. I was offered a portable heater. Lots of homeless people reside there. Didn’t feel safe. Breakfast food was non-par. Would not recommend.

Employees were rude and disrespectful. Our rooms were never cleaned and we stayed over a week. We had to go to the front desk every day to get fresh towels. In one room there was no working TV and the chair was broke. In the other room the deadbolt did not work on the door. And both rooms lacked a working fire alarm. Additionally, they charged my card the NIGHT BEFORE I was due to check in, even though I stated I would pay cash when I got there and marked pay when arrive on the hotels.com site. This has been our hotel of choice for almost ten years when we come to Tulsa because it has always been safe, clean, close to the expo, and reasonably priced. We will not be back and will stay somewhere else moving forward.

It just felt a little sketchy. The elevator areas had huge holes missing in the ceiling and broken appliances. The elevator itself was quite cleanly. The dining for breakfast was incredibly limited. Breakfast was 6:30-9:30 and we went down around 8. There was a few biscuits left for biscuits and gravy and a little bit of waffle mix. No syrup, jelly, honey, or even milk (that we found). There was some oranges but that was the extent of any fresh fruit.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were courteous, the room was clean. There wasn't enough light. Only one lamp had one bulb. We asked for more bulbs but didn't receive them.

Staff was friendly, check in was easy. Exterior of buildings are in need of repair. Cleaning of room was poor, trash in areas on carpet and bathroom. Bed pillows were horrible. Faucet cartridge installed wrong in vanity sink, hot water was cold, cold water was hot. Bathtub faucet has a constant drip, poor water conservation. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Hot items were cold, heavily watered down apple juice, no orange juice. Had biscuits no jellies.
