Very large, modern, comfortable villa, renovated in 2023\. In a hamlet 4 km from the centre of Poirino, in the countryside. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, boules, patio, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 4 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 35 km, Torino 36 km, Asti 34 km. Please note: car recommended. The structure has obtained numerous awards in the field of architecture.  
"We Rural", 7-room villa 500 m2 on 2 levels. Modern and stylish furnishings: entrance hall. Open living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table. Exit to the garden. 1 room 35 m2 with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed, kitchen corner, bath/shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin and TV. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 8 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave). 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating available only from 15.10\. to 15.04\. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room 26 m2 with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed, shower/bidet/WC and TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and TV. (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with panoramic window with shower/bidet/WC, Hammam-Shower and TV. Deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer.
