“Good standard of accommodation and close to the port. We didn’t receive any confirmation of booking from the property and only received a text at 3pm on the day of our stay to inform us of key codes. It would have been helpful to have an email to confirm there wouldn’t be any contact until that time, but on calling customer services on the afternoon of our stay we found that out. Otherwise, we couldn’t fault the property- clean, convenient and well furnished.”

“På den positiva sidan var den lilla lägenheten ny och ren och hade en fin balkong. På den negativa sidan gjorde språkförbistringen och otydliga instruktioner att incheckningen var onödigt krånglig. Trots att jag följde dessa och letade Nordstay Turku på Google maps och kom ganska nära, gjorde bristen på exakt adress och telefonnummer att jag inte hittade. Efter mycket om och men, när jag lyckades få ett nummer att ringa, hade jag svårt att förstå vad som sades och det tog många meddelande och……

“The accomadation was overall good, but it was definitely not clean, especially the kitchen. One towel was yellow and turned back to white after we cleaned it ourselves.The flat would need some renovations: holes in the walls, paint damaged etc.Appart from that, it is in a good location and has all the appliances we needed.”
