“Very nice hotel good breakfast but would have liked some brown sauce,staff were very nice and friendly,had the thermal spa experience that was great,very nice roof terrace for a drink with lovely views to the lake,close to some shops and only 15 minutes walk into town has a great stay would book there again.”

“Cool guesthouse kind of property. No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us.”

By far the most disappointing hotel stay of our Ireland trip. Room was visibly worn and poorly maintained. Multiple visible stains on bedding, bed area and upholstered furniture (see photos). Contrast-enhanced versions of some photos uploaded because several stains were less visible on camera than in person. After we complained,……

“All staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating regarding giving what to visit and booking taxis etc. The breakfast staff were always efficient and friendly setting up a great feel for the day.”
