Very nice family business, short walk about 10 min to the old town . However, the curtains are white and the minute the son comes out it hits your face and there is no privacy. In addition, the bed and the pillows are very hard to sleep on. If you are ok with those items- then it is a good place to stay and save money.

Really nice stay

Amazing stay here! The appartement was clean when we arrived, the people are so friendly, a really nice family. The kitchen is small, but the terrace and the amazing view make up for it! If we ever go back to ulcinj we would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully Albanian owned location! Super fantastic view. Not sure what “walk up” people were speaking of. It’s super clean, well organized, and has anything you need. We got the room with the kitchen, living room, and two beds. Beds and pillows are sooo comfy! Walking distance to the small beach and short drive to the Long Beach.

Aircondition virkede fint.
