“Family reunion, 25 people ages 4 to 78. Amazing stay! This reunion happens every year and we move from place to place. We checked out today and are ready to book Scott and Ann’s home for next year! This home was really well laid out for a big group. Very clean and comfortable beds for all! Multiple spaces to hang out in smaller groups or all together in the huge activity room, which we even set up a projector in for a movie night (it’s attached the house which was awesome but not evident to me……

“This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. ”

“The house was a great size. The decks overlooking the water were perfect for watching kiddos swimming and playing. The water was calm, clean, and the perfect temperature. This is an ideal spot to get away from it all!”

“We had an amazing time during our stay in Treadwell! We were 3 baseball families sharing the home during the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. The 22 minute drive to the fields was scenic and convenient. The younger siblings enjoyed playing wiffle ball in the old horse run! Alex and Sara were hands off yet accessible when we had questions. We'll definitely be back in 2 years when our youngest son is Cooperstown bound! ”
