“We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). We had to keep the lid off of the back of the toilet tank in order to manually flush it every time. “A cockroach the size of Texas crawled on my child in bed. The walls were stained. Found a cockroach in the bathroom.”

“Room was OK. Could have been cleaner. Hair in the bed. Roach on the floor.”

“Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel”
