“We arrived after 6 a.m. for the night before's booking, due to a fiasco of a moving day from out of state to this area. We checked in with our cat, ate breakfast, then got a QUICK 2 hours sleep, before we had to be at our new home closing at 10 a.m. Our TV didn’t seem to work in the room (husband tried, wouldn't even turn on). The flooring had debris on it, like it hadn't been swept very well. There was a dog nearby in a room thay kept barking almost nonstop...bothering our cat & us. And there……

The only issue I had was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked (I love my bed at home). Last but not least, it is close to everything yet secluded. “ You will Need to buy a parking pass onsite, bring extra toilet paper(they only give you 1 roll for a week),the sleeper sofa with flip over while you are sleeping in it. The inside of the toilet bowl has never been cleaned, floor are dirty…my white socks instantly turned black from very little walking!”

“Beautiful view of the bay which was equipped with a dock and fish cleaning station. We loved the three balconies with one providing a view of the golf. The kitchen was well equipped. My only negative was the stairs - very steep up to the first floor and additional stairs up to the bedrooms. ”

“My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. We stay here when we dont bring our dog. We have not had a bad experience. We love the location and rooms. Depending on the room you can have a decent, good and or excellent view of the ocean. Our condo didnt have a can opener and they brought one with in an hour. We dont do the pools but the pools look clean. Group we stayed with said only one pool was heated and there is no hot tub? We definitely recommend and will 100% be back”

“Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )”
