University Town Center Tours

Our room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was very helpful. We were disappointed in the breakfast (Biscuits and gravy) was the hot option the morning we stayed, and we had to take our plates to our room since there was not enough seating in the downstairs area.

We reserved a room with two beds. Upon arrival the room was freezing and the ac/heat unit didn’t work so we were moved. To a single bed with a sleeper sofa. The mattress on the sofa was FILTHY and disgusting. There were bugs, the sink dripped all night (sink didn’t work though), fridge made a strange sound keeping us awake, the phone had no cord so we had to go to the front desk repeatedly, the coverlet on the bed had blood stains, I could go on but that’s enough. I’d love a full refund! Worst hotel ever!
