"Everything fine as always. It’s small hotel with good service and kind staff. The staff can not much English but enough to fix any problem.
Beds are softer in older 3-bedroom than premium room but ok! Bathroom has problems with water on the floor cause no curtain.
The breakfast is Thai style faith salad buffet and rice soup and toast with jam. You can also have fried egg or omelette and some sausage. The breakfast have been better before (we have stayed many times). Coffe is instant coffe....

"The resort staff very kind very helpful with service minded excellent service, The environment nice the room are clean and spacious's we will be back for sure. The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. "The villa sits on the hill side. The view of construction area from balcony is not nice. This resort is right on Sukhumvit rd. after the intersection lights so becareful if you drive. To check in, You have to contact the Rimpu Hill coffee shop that is also the resort office. There is a parking dirt lot near the villa area. The villa is not small for 3 people. plenty space cloth storage but only couple hangers. Dusty bed headboard only fridge and cabled tv, no microwave or kitchenary. shower...

The pool area was 5/5, it was really nice to stay there during the day and the evening. Staff and the hotel owner were really helpful and nice. I warmly recommend to stay here!"

"Was here for 2 nights,, should have stayed longer, right on the beach. It's not Pattaya, but is only 30minutes drive south.. lovely rooms, lovely food, lovely staff, perfect place to relax and recharge. The hotel is modern with a lift (thank god) as I was on the 5th floor.
Breakfast isn't included, but is not expensive, the lunch and dinner menu has a large selection, all the food I had here was good."
