  • If you`re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of big city Rio Vista at Lightning Bug Springs is the perfect destination; 15 acres of beautiful property nestled along the banks of the Dry Frio. Don`t let the name `Dry` fool you, though. There is a swimming hole just steps away. The property offers a swimming pool, hiking trails, a large fire pit, volleyball net, outdoor pavilion, tire swings, horse shoes, soccer goals and large shade trees for enjoying nature. In the evening watch the sun set while the deer graze in the field.
    Rio Vista offers 3 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 Queen & 2 Bunkbeds and 2 full bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, range top oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. It has a living room with two couches and two chairs. The dining area has a large dining table for 6.
    The home has central air & heat, washer & dryer and a smart tv.

    Rio Vista is far enough from the noise of the main river to experience a peaceful retreat, but just minutes from Concan and its quaint restaurants, quirky shops or to float the Frio.
    Zero Tolerance PET Policy-
    If a pet is brought onto the property guest will be charged a $250 fee and be asked to leave the property with no refund. No Parking or Driving on grass
    No ATV`s or Off Road Vehicles
