Cozy living room, and wifi is great! Little patio set makes for a nice wind down at the end of my busy day. The temperature of the unit was nice and cool through a heat wave. Locks on the exterior day made me feel safe. Neighborhood is nice. Went for a walk several nights. Would definitely stay again! Well valued price...

"Since last year there has been lots of maintenance upgrades. However some of the exterior on the porches needs new wood and painting. Some wood was deteriorated and it could be termites. Otherwise the updates and freshening were good."
