"Hotel generally very good but a few things would have improved our experience. Parking was very difficult on site. Our room had only paper cups to make hot drinks, only powdered milk and small tumblers for drinks. No shower gel so used our own Breakfast was really good, selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, cakes, cheese and eggs. Seemed to be lots to do for families. Had a 6 month old with us and it was a bit tricky to get bottles washed and sterilised. All in all a lovely experience"

"1. Super friendly and helpful staff - reception staff, spa staff, pool staff, morning, afternoon and evening food service staff! All of them made an effort to make sure our stay was exceptional! 2. Beautiful floral throughout the property. About as pretty as we have seen. Raided beds a plus. Trees surround the property to ensure privacy and a feeling of being one with nature. 3. Wonderful pool and spa facilities. 4. Excellent food, morning through evening. We look forward to a return trip!"

"Not great. Staff were commanding and not friendly and more interested in engaging in complaining sessions between themselves whilst guests stand and wait... Lots of post-it like signs everywhere giving silly instructions. No pool - those photos are of the water slides over the road (which are closed for renovations). Aircon didn't work and only blew hot air when it was 30degC outside. Need to take an option of 3 different lifts to get from parking to foyer to rooms. The hotel doesn't really cater for the guest experience."
