“Hotel Vega was such a beautiful and welcoming place to stay. The staff instantly won our hearts. You can tell everyone loved Hotel Vega, if they were an employee or guest. The views at breakfast couldn't get any better. We would gladly stay here again on our next vacation to Lake Garda.”

“Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer sehr nett gegrüßt und waren sehr bemüht. Was wir schade fanden (vor allem bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse), war, dass wir trotz zweimaligem Nachfragen nicht eine Stunde später auschecken durften. Leider hatten wir noch einen Online-Termin, der sich mit dem Check-out überschnitten hat. Wir wollten nur eine Stunde später das Zimmer verlassen, was nicht möglich war, weil jemand anderes……

“Started with our room not being ready at 13. Np we waited 20 min. Pool was great (24 degrees), very well kept area around it. However, after experiencing the chaos and beauty of the nearby town, we had bought ingredients to cook on our trangia stove on the balcony on our own steel table. The owner observed us and told us no. Fair enough. However the manner of the way he told us make me feel like a child being told off. And further he kept coming back to check on us. “Beautiful views. Quite a distance from the town. Hotel was clean. The hotel is from the 50s but built in the 80s and it does not seem to have had any updates since then. Breakfast was terrible with the only warm food being scrambled egg. The rooms had two bathrooms for some reason. The shower was like a jet wash so if you like that type of pressure then you are in luck. The swimming pool appeared to be abandoned/not open. Malcesine is stunning.”

“Just come back from a lovely stay, beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very spacious, comfy and clean. The sauna was great with a fantastic view, the hot tub unfortunately was too cold for us but they did explain they had some faults. The staff were really good at responding to any questions. They also provided a free shuttle to the town, they did only have 3 timings to choose from with the latest time being 5.30pm, unfortunately with a small limited menu we……
