The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very varied and nice with a large choice to suit all tastes. Our room had a very low bed and the wardrobe did not close. Overall I don’t think this hotel is a 4 star. The bathroom also needed some work as it was a little tired and the plug sockets were not properly fitted to the walls. Outside the pool area was nice but the pool needs to be cleaned and some of the loungers were broken.

Hotel is in fantastic location although the room we booked was in a separate building which was around 100m away up a side street. We didn’t have breakfast so it felt more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The room was enormous and bed was comfortable but room design was poor - very small wardrobe, no full length mirror, barely any surfaces for keeping your stuff on (including in bathroom). Staff were great and room was old school charming in a lovely old town house. Just missing some convenient practicalities

This is an exceptional hotel, most tastefully decorated, immaculate, beautiful decor, lovely staff. Breakfast was exquisite as was dinner in the rooftop restaurant. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel, beautifully situated about 150m from the Verona Arena. The rooms are clean and well appointed, if a little lacking in character. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. There is a price premium for the location, but overall I think it is good value. Amenities are a little lacking but when it is so close to Piazza Bra what else could possibly be required?! This was my third visit and have never had any regrets over my choice.
