Welcome to our charming Valencia studio, conveniently located near Ruzafa and the renowned City of Arts and Sciences. Offering accommodations for up to four individuals, it includes a comfortable sofa bed and a spacious queen-size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, and electric kettle, and complimentary wifi is provided. An ideal retreat for city exploration and relaxation.  
  
Welcome to our quaint ground-floor studio, perfectly positioned in Valencia, just moments away from the vibrant Ruzafa district and the iconic City of Arts and Sciences. This charming sanctuary provides everything you need for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay.Upon arrival, you'll step into a meticulously designed space that blends comfort with practicality. Accommodating up to four guests, the studio features a sofa bed that effortlessly converts into a cozy double bed, along with a generous queen-size bed for tranquil nights.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine for delightful mornings, a microwave for quick meal preparations, and an electric kettle for brewing your favorite teas throughout the day.  
  
Stay connected with complimentary wifi, ensuring you can keep up with personal and professional commitments.  
  
Positioned within walking distance of the charming cafes, restaurants, and boutiques of Ruzafa, you'll have easy access to the bustling local scene.
