"My stay was great. The room was nice, the beds were comfy. It was just what I expected."

"At first glance, everything looked amazing. We got to the room. It appeared to be clean. We dropped off our stuff. We went out for the rest of the day when we came back in to go to sleep. I pulled the covers back only to find out that the sheets were dirty they had pubic hair on it. Blood stains on it and semen stain on it. The sheets were never changed the bed pillows upon close inspection of it had hair on it clearly not from it being trapped from the laundry, but as someone who had recently slept on it, the staff was very kind when I went down and showed them the pictures and explained the situation they sent housekeeping about 30 minutes later to come change out the sheets and bedding. We would have left to go somewhere else, but everything was sold out and my entire family was staying there, including extended family. There was about 50 of us. Who stayed there. "

"Charlene provided me with excellent customer service. My phone wasn't working so I didn't have access to Google maps. I didn't know the area so Charlene printed directions to 5 different places for me so I wouldn't get lost. She is very kind and went out of her way to help me. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable."

"Awesome location and easy check in with paid parking garge. Walkable to a few restaurants but mostly ate at Whole Foods across the street. It is right off the freeway and next to a gas station. There is mall short drive down the street. If its not rush hour traffic we drove to beverly hills and santa monica pier within 30 min. The hotel looks new or renovated. Thanks for the stay"

"Rooms were not cleaned and serviced daily but every other day so coffee supplies lasting a day replenished every other day. Trash not picked up daily, pillow covers smelled like dry-sweat. "

"The property was well kept. The staff of very welcoming. The pool was my favorite part!! It’s heated and very enjoyable! The rooms are also very well decorated, loved the aesthetic and the lights, I could lay in that bed for days!"

"Walls are thin and you will hear noise to your left, right, above and hallways. I'm not sure if there is a work around but just be aware. Other than that, the property is amazing - beautiful, well kept, staff is wonderful, cute amenities market, great on site restaurant with outdoor seating and plenty of parking (paid). "
