"The place is a large farmhouse, 1000 years ago it was used by farming monks. 15 minutes from Barcelonette and everything the Ubaye valley and the Mercantour have to offer (We're hikers, but folks come here to bike or drive their Porsches on mountain roads too). Diane and Frederic are wonderful and attentive hosts and the home made breakfast will definitely make you come for more."

"Great stay. All staff very helpful. We parked our motorcycle in the garage first night, bit the area was very quiet and safe so didn’t bother the next night. Great stop for a couple of days on the Alpine routes."

"Perfect location for cyclists, with on-site parking. Small but adequately equipped kitchenette and the washing machine was an added bonus. The apartment is advertised as capable of sleeping 4-6 people (& technically it does) but this would be a very tight squeeze and is best suited to either a couple or a family with 2 small children. Also worth bearing in mind is that towels and bed linen are not automatically included, but are available for a small additional fee with prior notice. Would happily stay here again next time we're visiting Barcelonnette.be a squeeze,"
