“Wow - lovely, warm, and inviting - the host has thought of everything for the decor and modern furnishings. We loved hanging out on the large screened porch with twinkle lights. It was fun to go to Brow Park and to Wildflower Cafe. Roadside Que in Fort Payne has delicious BBQ as well.”

“We enjoyed staying at River Run We are not fans of carpet on floors b/c some of us have allergies but it seemed clean and no one had problems The cool weather, river n so many outdoor places to enjoy the birds, geese n deer were a big plus. Great week!”

“Pros: great house; great size, 4 BR, 4 bath; great porch; great game loft; nice size kitchen ; great toys for children Cons: septic tank overflowing into yard on arrival & took 2 days to remedy…terrible smell, children couldn’t play in yard. Furnishings were very skimpy; minimal kitchen supplies; tiny coffeemaker, 5 cup & single serve Keurig, no lamps…only overhead lights so we couldn’t read in bed or on the sofa. Upstairs beds were exceedingly uncomfortable & very loose & wobbly…was afraid……
