"The staff was absolutely amazing. Yvonne helped us in so many ways: arranging several taxis, suggesting things, and helping us with all of our concerns. She should be a head concierge at a 5 star hotel. Carolina was also wonderful, kind and thoughtful. The room is very old and there is street noise due to the cobblestones. But it was spacious. - a Junior Suite. Location is fantastic."

And close to the cuevas with the historic cave art and the medieval village that we enjoyed after we left the hotel. Staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great."
