The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and very cute. Taking the advice from a previous reviewer, we got a canel view (rm3), and we loved it so much. It can be noisy if you’re sensitive to noise but didn’t bother us (in fact we slept so well). Spent 4 nights in this beautiful unique hotel. It’s more like staying in someone’s mansion. Built in 1400 and decorated to give you a touch of the era without over doing it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us book cabs and tips on restaurants and nearby beaches. Breakfast in the morning was very good and it is served outside in their courtyard. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. Everything from the staff to the breakfast was perfect. The hotel has a great view of Venice and Saint Marks Square is less than ten minutes away by boat taxi. The room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff went out of their way to ensure that I knew where to go and how to get to the main tourist attractions. I am very satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel is a walking distance from the water bus that can take you to Venice. (Ask about day passes) They have a very good rich English Breakfast. They were also helpful with directions. I wish there was a water kettle in the room.

I highly recommend the Villa Ines as a serene and beautiful respite from the crowds in central Venice. Everything about the villa, from room decorations to the landscaping of the gardens to the breakfast reflects good taste and quality, yet at a reasonable rate. The staff is excellent and the location--on a quiet residential street--is a short walk from the Lido vaporetto stop. Villa Ines is a real gem!

Good experience for the first time in Italy, hotel have good breakfast and they advise with the things you need to moved around like bus, vaporeto to Venice or ATM machines etc ....

With a boat ticket valid for the number of days of your stay, it is a perfect location if you like to travel by boat. The trip to Venice takes apprx. 15 min.

The staff is extremly friendly and sweet. The property is a jewel in the beautiful Lido island. Beautifully decorated, charming, retro style, it feels like you are in a movie... My parents spendt their hooneymoon there 50 years ago and they told me I would not regret staying there. It was the most perfect decision. I really enjoyed it. Love it!!!!

Very good hotel , location directly near the shore it is almost far from venice center but you can easily use boat 5.1 to arrive , station is 12 minutes walking from hotel , ot is located in Lido , breakfast was good, i recommend it .

It was nice, small but very clean and the staff was amazing!!! Especially Simon. We got there way early because of our flight was delayed and after a little wait he got us a room asap. We were so tired and he was very understanding. Will definitely go again
