“I had a wonderful 7-night stay at Sunset Plaza and would definitely recommend it. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful.
The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable from the very beginning. They met us on our first night, made sure we were comfortable, provided some useful information about the area, and even helped us get a few things we requested during our stay. “The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”
