The accommodation is in a quiet location. There is free parking about 500 meters at the top of the village. Check-in was uncomplicated. Receive all instructions from Elena for entering the house and room via chat. Gloria and Elena lovingly looked after my well-being. I will gladly come again. There is no breakfast at the hotel. I can recommend the DulcerĆ­a Hermano Pedro.

It is in a rural location, which is fine. But felt quite unsafe checking in late. The doors would not open. There was this smell in the kitchen and room. No desk service in the rural location made it hard

No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and itā€™s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed.

Chilly stay with virtual wall between rooms

Don't buy the picture, it's actually quite bleak there and you will not get heating even if you are ready to pay for it. And the walls - you can hear your neighbor breath, not talking about young couple in next room, who in my case luckily left the room before the night after intensive usage.

The main light switch in our room controlled the circuit breaker for the sockets in our rooms as well. So when light was off, no power was provided to the sockets. This resulted in impossibility to reload our devices during night (phones, powerbanks - which are very important for hiking).

Nos gustĆ³ que podĆ­amos entrar tarde mediante el cĆ³digo, todo muy bonito y cuidado, el unico problema fue que el enchufe de la habitaciĆ³n estaba directamente conectado con el interruptor de la luz, y no pudimos cargar los mĆ³viles para el dĆ­a siguiente ya que tenĆ­amos que dormir con la luz encendida.

Vi fik ingen ingen email eller sms om selvindtjekning, hvilket vi skulle have haft. Jeg ringede adskillige gange pĆ„ det angivne telefonnummer i dagene fĆør indtjekning, men det virker ikke. Det samme telefonnummer stod pĆ„ indgangsdĆøren, men virkede stadig ikke. Vi kom kun ind fordi det kom nogle andre gƦster, der boede der. Men vi vidste heller ikke hvilket vƦrelse, vi skulle have. SĆ„ vi fandt et vƦrelse, der passede nogenlunde med beskrivelsen, og det var en nĆøgle til dĆøren. SĆ„ det tog vi. Og sĆ„ aldrig noget personale de to dage vi boede der. Katastrofalt at stĆ„ uden for en hoteldĆør, uden at vide hvordan man kommer ind.

El alojamiento estĆ” muy bien si sabes por lo que estĆ”s pagando. En este caso, buscaba una habitaciĆ³n en vilaflor donde pasar la noche para estar cerca del p.n del Teide y subir de noche a hacer unas fotos. El baƱo es compartido, algo que no me importĆ³ y ademĆ”s en la ducha dispones de varios botes de gel y champĆŗ, lo que es un plus. La habitaciĆ³n es amplia y cĆ”lida y el entorno es muy silencioso. No hay TV (ni la necesitaba). Como punto a mejorar, dirĆ­a que la luz es demasiado tenue tanto en el cuarto cĆ³mo en el aseo, algo que se soluciona muy fĆ”cilmente cambiando las bombillas, y el colchĆ³n algo duro. El pueblo es una preciosidad, rodeado de naturaleza y a muy poca distancia del Teide.

Pessima esperienza! Non ci torneremo mai piĆ¹ ma proprio da scordare sto posto! Finestra rotta abbiamo dormito una notte al freddo con il bimbo piccolo, il giorno dopo ĆØ stata sistemata, ci hanno promesso una stufetta per scaldare la camera perchĆ© di notte si congelava, ma non lā€™abbiamo mai vista! Siamo andati via prima del dovuto perchĆ© se no non era una vacanzaā€¦. Assurdo se ci penso, trattare i clienti cosƬ ā€¦ non consiglio questa struttura a nessuno!!!!
